1.1 Qualifications

1.1.1 Recruitment: the 18-35 year-old local and International youth (Including the students and working professionals.)

1.1.2 The Number of Accepted Applicants: the 40 local and 30 international youth are selected. Others are listed as waitlisted applicants.

1.2 Application Procedure

1.2.1 Please complete the registration form and send it to youthlabortrend@gmail.com before PM 12:00, November 25, 2019.

II. Procedures of Selection

2.1 The Certificates or Score Reports of English Proficiency test(s)

2.1.1 Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency and are required to provide one of the official score reports valid two years from the test date-- TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC. Applicants who earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an institution where the language of instruction is English are exempt from submitting the proficiency score report (verification may be required).

2.1.2 Certificates or Score Reports of Other Language Proficiency tests(not requirement)

2.2 Application Review:

Applicants need to fill in the registration form. The requirement includes:Biography (motive, what result you want to attain, and the letter to the speakers, and other certifications of outstanding performance.

IV. Right and Obligation

4.1 Right

4.1.1 The forum is free of charge. The host covers accommodation fee, meal expense, and travelling expenses of foreign students during December 5-7 for three days

4.1.2 Those are fully engaged in the forum will be awarded a certificate.

4.2 Obligation

4.2.1 Attendees are required to fully engaged in the forum. Those who needs to take a leave need to get the agreement by the organizer. The time of leave should be no more than 10% of the agenda, not including the time of meal and registration.

4.2.2 Information provided by the registers are only used for contact and insurance. Personal information obtained under this Act of Personal Information. Please fill in the information accordingly for certificate and insurance. If the information provided by the registers has error, the organizer will not reissue the certificate.

V. Other Requirements

5.1 For the quality of the forum, there is quota limit in each session. Please click the sessions you plan to attend. Any alteration during scheduled event is not accepted. If applications are oversubscribed, the host reserves the right to modify the policy.

5.2 If the document and information by the attendee is underqualified, the selected attendee will be disqualified.

5.3 The organizer reserves the right to modify, to insert, and to withdraw at any time.
